오래된 건물이란걸 알고 갔지만 룸 관리상태가너무 엉망입니다 싱크대와 식탁 그리고 식탁 옆 커튼까지 음식물자국이 있었고 화장실 욕조는 머리카락으로 물이 막혀 내려가지 않더군요. 전반적으로 침구, 거실바닥 모두 머레카락이 굴러다니고 베란다 문틀에는 곰팡이 엄청나서 방전체에 곰팡에 냄세가 배어있습니다. 오래전 이곳레서 가족과 여러번 투숙했어서 오랜만에 다시 추억여행으로 들렀지만 다시는…

어머니 모시고 온천여행을 갔어요. 숙박 체크인하면서 바다뷰와 산 뷰중 고민할때, 산 뷰는 저층만 남아있어서, 14층 바다뷰를 추천해주셨고, 탁트인 전망과 넓은 패밀리룸이 너무 좋았어요. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶어요

숙소가 노후된 느낌이 강하고 창틀이 불편하여 잘 열리지 않습니다.
욕조가 있어서 피로를 풀기엔 좋았습니다.
수질도 좋았습니다.

겨울 비수기라고 하지만 연말인데... 운영하는 시설도 없고 시설도 낡았어요. 침대 밑이 보이는 다리형 침대인데 거기는 청소를 안한건지 먼지뿐만아니라 사탕이랑 굴러다니는 쓰레기가 있었고 외풍이 심해서 잘 때 추웠어요. 5만원 아래일때 가성비로 잠시 거쳐가는 숙박으로만 횔용할듯.

아무래도 오래된 콘도이다보니 객실 내 시설이나 설비 등 모두 낙후될 수 밖에 없습니다. 이 부분은 그렇다 쳐도.. 콘도이다보니 숙박객 특성상 단체로 오는 분들이 많아 저녁때면 한 방에 모여 술판을 벌이고 시끄럽게 떠들고 오가면서 소리지르고... 또 방음 시설도 썩 좋지 않다보니 그 소리가 쉬고 있는 방으로 다 들어와서 시끄럽고.. 밤이 되어 좀 조용할까 싶어 잠을 청하려는데 이제는 옆…
