전체적으로 만족하나, 시설이 완전하지 않아 수리를 하고 사용하였고, 토요일 결혼식이 겹쳐있어서 오전 뷔페이용이나 로비 택시이용등이 막혀있어 굉장히 불편했네요. 너무 결혼식에 집중해서 다른 호텔 서비스를 제공하지 못하는 분위기였어요. 인력이 부족한 탓이겠죠;;;

조식 포함 상품으로 예약해서 조식을 먹었고 5성급 호텔의 조식이라고 하기에는 좀 부족한 퀄러티와 다양하지 않은 메뉴들이었습니다.
메뉴와 퀄러티 부분은 좀 더 개선이 되면 좋을 것 같아요.
조식 이용시간도 넘 늦어서 7시에 오픈하자마자 가서 20분만에 나와야했습니다. 출장으로 간 사람들의 스케줄에는 너무 늦은 오픈인 것…
