一開始覺得評價不錯訂的，但入住當天房間完全沒空調，打電話給櫃檯回應會儘快找人處理，但下大雨不能保證，能做的就是給電風扇，客滿沒有房間，就這樣一直到隔天退房前半小時，冷氣來了，我們住了沒冷氣價格也不算便宜的房間，給的回饋感覺就是機器要壞，我也沒辦法，退房時一句抱歉都沒有，機器壞掉不應該是消費者承受吧，這種反饋相對於評價是不符的，住宿也都無配合的停車場，住個一天停車費都400起跳，加上不便宜的房價，得到這種服務態度，只能無言
