Upon arrival we were given a completely different apartment to the one we had booked and the staff were less than helpful.
Although on the surface the property looked clean as we started to unpack we noticed it was not…
SutapaNo soap,shampoo in the toilet. Cleaning product was not sufficient for kitchen.Customer services was poor. Tough to find them. Front desk was always empty. Sofa bed was horrible. Other bed was ok.
