Children and extra bed policy. Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Final cleaning, water and gas are included. Electricity is included up to 80 kWh per week, after which you will be charged EUR 0.4 per kWh. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 25 per person. A surcharge of EUR 49 applies for arrivals after check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. The latest possible check-in, even if paying the surcharge, is 00:00. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
