La posizione è ottima perché facilmente raggiungibile dal parcheggio alle porte di Fabriano e vicinissima al museo della carta.
Le stanze non sono climatizzate e nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato c'era parecchio…

Ottima posizione, pulitissimo, accogliente ed attrezzato con tutto il necessario.
Il condizionatore portatile un po' rumoroso, migliorabile. Diamogli tempo e sicuramente miglioreranno.
