very loud, people fighting all night and making lots of noise
LeonardPlace is a dump.
KaitlinThe motel was terrible, the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the room beside you. The bathtub wasn’t functionable. The staff is unaccomodating.

needs severe renos. hard beds, cheap comforters, couldnt regulate the heat. doors slamming could be heard in the room from the hallway, bathroom had moldy looking tiles and the furniture was severely beat up

Overall, the stay was ok. They need to improve their cleaning, though. The bath was visibly dirty and slimy.
