Great view, but dirty/smelly. Needs new matresses and sheets and pillows. Watch out balcony, can burn feet.
Location
Not clean. Plenty of dark dirt in the Windows. Very old, smelly matresses. 2 bedrooms stinks with urine.
And the worst - balcony is made of steel! My son burnt his feet severly.

Przestronny, wyposażony w potrzebne sprzęty. Lokalizacja blisko morza, przy ulicy ze sklepami i knajpami. Promenada do spacerów i biegania z rana idealna. Balkon może i wąski ale po otwarciu okna na wszystkie 4 części…

Overall we had a great time there and enjoyed it.
The apartment is in great location. The beach is only 50 meters. Everything is near to the apartment. The apartment is roomy.
More equipment would be useful. Like cleaning equipments and materials, caffe, sugar, etc.…

The flat is very comfortable with all amenities. It was really nice and clean. Location was just perfect. 1 min from the best beach in Mallorca. We had a really good time there.
