Great location, nice apartment, needs investment and improvements as advised.
Location is perfect. Pharmacy, banks, shops, fuel station and ATM opposite. 4 minute walk to Estoril beach. Bus stops (Yas minibuses) opposite. It’s a great location in the prime strip.
