Location was decent as it was within walking distance to the old town , main shopping street and train station. If I could I would rate this hotel a 4.5 within the 3 star hotel…

One was very small. The balcony was very plain and basic but bigger than the room. There was a pointless hospital style big table, but no other table or anywhere to put anything.

The hotel was on the great location 5 min walk to the Nice train station and 5 min to the Promenade des Anglais and all restaurants. The breakfast wa included and had a lot option . The staff was friendly and helpful.
