設備は古いですが、清潔でお部屋も広く快適でした。水回りも臭いがなくて良かったです。ロケーションが良く、3駅利用できます。どの駅からも10分程度歩きますが、便利に使い分けることができました。階下にコンビニ、近くに美味しいパン屋さんもあります。
設備が古いのは否めない。毎日タオルの取り換えやごみ捨てはして頂きましたが、ざっと掃除してくれたら良かったです。

エレベーターが工事中で１基しか使えず、来るのに時間がかかった。
