Location.
Food. Specially the breakfast. Quality is quite below standard like a 1 star hotel. Reduce the number of items, but atleast give better quality food in breakfast.

Not a 5 Star hotel experience. Expect 4 star experience in terms of the amenities, rooms and cleanliness. There was a day during our trip when there was lot of power fluctuations and no water during our stay
