This unit is located on the 25th floor. The building has ONE elevator that accesses the 25th floor. The building has 2 elevators that access floor #26, with a small set of stairs to access floor 25 for our guests that would prefer to do so. Please note that the Hawaiian Monarch building offers inexpensive luggage service for a per bag per day fee at the lower lobby security office. This home does NOT come with parking. Paid parking is offered based on availability by the attached garage for a daily fee. Please note that the parking is not owned by or offered by us. It is ran by a separate company with no affiliation with this rental, and prices and availability are subject to change at any time.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.
