Location, buffet breakfast 😋, wifi speed, hiking, general facilities.
Many places and facilities require on-going maintenance. Put-Put, Games room, etc.

No hot water. Could not shower. because the water was cold. Notified reception 2 times. Assured us will notify maintenance to investigate and fix but when we booked out it was not fixed yet.
