Very shocked to get an email the day before our stay saying the hotel provides no towels!! Probably won’t book this chain again this was extremely inconvenient.
StephenI was really late checking in but phoned ahead and my room key was left in a secure box for me lady on the phone was excellent.
CHot and cramped but cheap.
Just needed bed for night on long journey. Very basic cramped room. Clean. Very hot even with window open. Good shower though cramped for space.
