離逢甲商圈非常近，外出很方便，宿舍環境相當乾淨，讓人很舒服
機械車位空間小，車子尚未停好，如又有車子進入停車，需要在斜坡上等待，有安全性考量

有沙發椅以及很厚的床墊
雙人床是兩張單人床併在一起，睡到一半會有點不舒服
