HisayaJapanとても立地の良い場所でしたが、冷蔵庫の一件でリラックスできるようなものではありませんでした。
初めての神戸旅行でしたが、立地が良く、ほとんどの場所を短期間でまわることができました。
部屋の冷蔵庫が全く冷えず、フロントに聞くと「もともと本ホテルの冷蔵庫は冷やすというより、保冷に近いものです」といわれました。このご時世、ホテルで冷蔵のできない冷蔵庫があるとは想定していませんでした。事前に分かるようにホームページなどで教えていただければ、こちらとしてもその準備ができたと思うので、とても残念でした。
