Not great communication with staff. No reception. They did not send me the code to enter, had to call them when I was there. The room had an odd mold-like smell.

Central location
No reception desk, no luggage storage service, fire alarms going off, pungent food odours from adjacent rooms, difficult to access rooms with electronic keypads
KarenUnited StatesOverall NOT happy with our stay—NOT seamless.
Location was good, near a lot of the tourist sites. Room was comfortable and very clean, plus we appreciated the Nespresso machine in our room.
Hotel needs to be upfront that there is NO desk or assistance on scene.…
