TAMEOスタッフの方々がとても丁寧でテキパキ仕事をされていて好感が持てた。一方で設備が古く、特にトイレの流す音が気になる。深夜に隣の部屋のトイレを流す音がかなり大きい。
???大浴場に入れたのがよかったです
YASUYUKI朝食がおすすめです。
熊本の料理「からしれんこん」「高菜ごはん」などが提供されとてもおいしかったです。
RobertStaff was extremely kind and courteous, and were very much the highlight of my stay. But the room smelt of cigarettes and the construction on the building made it difficult to navigate.
ITSUO生憎、外壁の工事中のため、朝から作業の物音がしました。たまたまこちらの仕事が夜遅く、朝はチェックアウトぎりぎりまで休もうと考えていたため残念でした。
館内に工事中であることの但し書きは貼ってありましたが、フロントのスタッフはそのことに一言も触れずに部屋に入りました。少しでも事前に知らされていたらと思います。
