6월10일 예약을 두달전에 했는데 기차가 3시간 연착해서 호텔에 11일 0시25분에 도착했다.
방이 없다고 한다. 방이 없으면 결재한 요금을 돌려달라고 했는데 직원들은 사장한테 전화만 한다.
더 나쁜것은 부킹에 취소를 요청했다고 보여주는 메일이 0시 45분 발송한것이다.
한시간을 다투다 옆집 호텔 주인이 와서 자기호텔에서 묵으라고 말하며 객실 두개를 4인실 객실로 대체해…
