MASAYOSHI部屋に換気機能が無く、かび臭いと感じた。
交通機関が多く、通天閣・スパワールド・動物園が近くて便利。
スパワールドを利用したため、共同のシャワー室は未使用。
夜は地下道にホームレスの人がいた。
（地下鉄の通路には、いない）
飲食店は、昼・夜多数あり。朝と深夜に営業している店は若干遠い。コンビニは近い。
??シャワーももっとあった方 よかったけど、お手洗いが1つしかないのは少なすぎかなと思いました。

23時以降は玄関がオートロックで施錠され､入館にはパスコードが必要になるが､玄関横の入力装置の画面のバックライトがつかず暗いままでパスコードを入力できないため､結局､中にいた宿泊客に開けてもらった。入力装置について宿泊客観点で操作しやすく設定の上､簡易な操作マニュアルも配布すべき。
