Loved the location. Room had a small terrace with views of the lake. The restaurant was wonderful and had a quartet playing music.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the best location in Bellagio, close to the ferries and restaurants.
There was no air con in the room which made it too hot in summer. It was also very noisy…

The view, very central, characterful, large room
No safe, no air-con working, because we were late booking 3 flights of stairs but that gave us the view. Very thin wall to next room, very noisy.
