自動チェックイン、人手でのサービスはミニマム。連泊では清掃なし。朝食提供なし。料金がみあっているかどうかは微妙なところ。地下鉄の駅至近、すすきのまで徒歩圏、便利な立地なのにかなり静かなエリア。
