In the hotel there is no lift facility. In room there is no mirror which is a very big problem for ladies.

Clean and Central to attractions
Nice clean place that seems to have just about got up and running. Comfy bed, nice folks at reception who couldn’t do enough to help with a transport situation I had.

I like the ambience of the hotel and behaviour of the hotel staff was extremely cooperative.
Everything was good. One drawback is that there is no lift in the hotel. It is difficult for elder people to go to the top…

Good location but Bad service
Location wise good. Railway station of Haridwar and Har Ki Pauri is nearby.
Don't like it's hidden charges. Hotel owner was charged if someone was come to meet you. They was charged 500 INR per person.
