一進飯店有迎賓禮，讓人感到賓至如歸
飯店整體服務人員皆熱心服務，頂樓露臺可以觀賞到湖景，非常漂亮
早餐為自助式，主要餐點每日不會重複，菜色豐富。
床單以及被單的材質有毛球，有請飯店協助更換床單，隔天請清潔人員全部更換，卻又是更換有起毛球的床單以及被單，令人無法接受。
對於飯店的床單以及被單，應該要將不合適的淘汰。
