Hiroya住みやすさ全国No.1の町、人吉市を代表するおもてなし、温泉の泉質の良さ、景色・環境、水、空気、食事の材料の良さ等が凝縮されています。少しでも人吉の良さを体験してもらおうとするホテル側の気遣いを至る所に感じます。人吉の美味しい水や美味しいデコポンドリンクを客室冷蔵庫に標準備え付け、ベランダのデッキでの空気・景観の良さ、大浴場の素晴らしさ
Takeshi清潔感があり、川側の部屋でしたので景色も良かったです。
HAMANAKA近くには食事処が集まっており利用しやすかった
Kazuyuki宿の前を流れる球磨川の眺めが良く、静かで気持ちの良い宿だ。2020年の大水害でこのホテルも被災したようだが、その傷跡も癒え、地下のギャラリーの写真に名残を留めるだけになっている。まずは良かった。焼酎バーでの無料の各種焼酎の振舞いは嬉しい。
