Christmas, New Year's Eve and 15th of August's dinner need to be booked in advance and extra costs will apply. PETS WELCOME with restrictions: max 1 per unit, medium size (15kg) only in the units with balcony (no mansard rooms). extra cost 15€ per day. GARAGE ON REQUEST € 12 per day limited availabilities, booking recommended. We inform you that during the winter season there will be interior finishing works inside the Residence building which is near the Hotel. We'll do our best to avoid any noise that might impact your stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
