Good for a short stay.
Lack of furniture like a proper chair and a decent desk to keep laptop device and work. This was missing. This was very difficult but somehow managed without furniture.

It is at the center. And relatively clean. Attached restaurant is cute. Nearby sports club serves wonderful food.
Staff can be proactive. No generator backup. Power cuts are normal.
