from the beginning everything was unsatisfactory
no kind of hospitality nor a luggage service then the second part for taking the room which is done at 3 pm even with a reservation in advance for 2 adults and 2 children…

i dont like that people reserve sundecks with towels and pool is empty. this should be better controlled.
