They did not find our registration and took a while to sort that out. Afterwards the person checking us in took forever to have over our keys. The hotel room had water dripping onto the floor which was a hazard. The air…

Parking lot gates did not open. Poor service at restaurant. Initially given room looked good but wifi unavailable. Nicolette was helpful that was good.
