A. The Oasis Surf Camp is located in Estero beach. From there, it is possible to walk to the town of Santa Catalina, the walk takes about 20 minutes. To get to the hotel you have to cross a small river, sometimes up to your ankles. If it rises, the property can help you cross with a boat, please contact the hotel for more information. B. Guests must inform the property in advance of the arrival of pets. The following rooms are pet-friendly: Double Room Triple Room Quadruple Room Casona All other rooms are not pet-friendly. There is a $10 USD fee per night, per pet, payable at the property. Please note that the regular quiet hours at the hotel begin at 10:00 PM, in order to ensure the comfort and rest of all guests. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, with prior authorization from the hotel, the Oasis Beach Club bar may extend its operating hours to host activities beyond the regular schedule.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
