MASAYOSHIよく手入れが行き届いていました。スタッフの人も丁寧でした。
けいこ駅から徒歩でも利用できるし、コンビニや川沿いを散歩がてら少し歩けばスーパーもあり、便利です。フリードリンクコーナー（コーヒーは部屋持ち帰りOK）もお得感あり。
じゅんいち部屋にゴキブリがでて、子供もいたし衛生面がきになりました。対応はすいません。の一言で処理などはなかった。
千春広さは出張での連泊程度ならちょうどいい。値段も安い。リフォームされ、清潔さもまあまあある。ただし、ユニットバスはかなりの年月経過があり、黒カビだらけ。これは嫌な人は嫌だと思う。普通にびっしりある。私は、値段的に目をつぶっている。ユニットバスは1度立て込んでしまうと、内装全てを壊さないと出せないので、交換ができずにいることはわかる。ただ、年に数回、メンテナンスをしてほしいとは思っている。それだけでも随分違うはず。
ダイスケ客室内のユニットバスのパッキンの黒カビが気になった．
施設そのものではないが、施設の前に木が生い茂った民家？があり、餌付けされた野良猫がいるのも嫌な感じだった。
井上チェックアウトを済ませた後、予定までかなり時間があったのですが、相談したところ、ラウンジで過ごすことをフロントの方が快く承諾くださりとても助かりました。
