From 1st April 2022, the property will prepare some amenities like toothbrush, hair brush and leather at the front desk due to SDGs. To ensure our guests can use the hotel with peace of mind, Hotel Monterey Kobe will be conducting a mandatory electrical equipment inspection and will implement a power outage throughout the building. Date: Monday, December 9, 2024, 13:00-15:00 *Electrical equipment in guest rooms, water heaters, water supplies, and toilets will also be unavailable during this time. Elevators will also be unavailable during the work. The mechanical parking lot attached to the hotel will also be inoperable during the work, so guests will not be able to leave. Emergency lights in guest rooms will be turned on during the power outage. Please note that emergency lights cannot be turned off. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.Guests with tattoos may not be permitted to use the property’s public bathing areas or other facilities where the tattoos might be visible to other guests. A deposit may be required at the property.
