浴室也算大，門口就有公車站牌，去水族館很方便喔。去葛西站也可搭公車到迪士尼。
機場到葛西站的巴士也是方便，附近也很多超市和餐廳，適合帶小孩家庭旅遊，不想要太多人群的住宿地點。

8月29日の夜に洗剤とソフト剤を買いに行ったら受付の男性と女性スタッフが親切で優しかった。
お風呂が狭くて洗いづらかった。
