Upon arrival there was no one able to help bring the luggage to my rm on 3rd floor, i was alone with my young son and it was pretty challenging dealing with all.

Arnold-Gave a 73 year old "mayor de edad" a room on a 3rd floor WALKUP. Ivan the manager refused to change to a lower floor unless i paid an addtl $250 !
