Location is wonderful, very buzzy with lots of nice restaurants and shops just a stones throw away. Shower worked well and the hot water was reliable. Provided all the necessities, including complimentary bottled water.…

it's ok for a night, if you have to visit the fairgrounds; wouldn't book it for another reason.

Soundproofing very bad (streetnoise allmost 1:1)
No access code sent prior to arrival. Even after asking day ahead.
