yogi部屋の環境（バスルーム段差）が高齢者に不向きです。
Satomi初めての利用でしたが、スタッフの対応に大満足でした。
急遽、もう１部屋追加したのですが、迅速に柔軟に対応してくださって助かりました。
コンビニが隣の施設の１階にあり、立地もよく便利でした。
シャンプーは備え付けのもので十分満足でした。
シャワーの圧も高く快適に過ごせました。

日本語に堪能な外国人スタッフでしたが、細かいニュアンスは伝わりにくいです。決まりきったことは大丈夫ですが、臨機応変自ら、細やかなの対応は無理でした。
喫煙室でしたが、カーテンにしみついているのか、杯数校が臭いのか、部屋が臭かったので、入ってすぐにファブりました。
