チェックイン、アウトの手続きが簡潔
子連れで禁煙の部屋を予約したのに、ものすごくタバコ臭い部屋で、寝具の全て、へやのあちこちにタバコの臭いが染み付いていて気持ち悪くなった。
また、ホテルは葬祭場の敷地内にあり、窓から葬祭場が見えるためカーテンを開けたくなかった。
ホテルの案内にはどこにも書いて無かったため着いてから知り、夜だったこともあり不気味な感じであった。

HirokiJapan朝食なしはしょうがないですが、部屋の電気が壊れてて付きませんでした。
ベッドの枕元の電気なのでスタッフも気づいてると思います。
あと、アメニティもなかったし、コーヒーなど飲めるようにポットやコップはあったけど、コーヒーの粉などがなかった。
