BernardL’accueil a été désastreux. La personne devait être sur place de 18h à 19h le mercredi 1er octobre 2025. À 18h50 nous étions à l’hôtel et l’hôtel était fermé. Après message et coup de téléphone la personne arrive…
MehdiJ’avais réservé deux chambres : une pour ma famille et une autre pour un couple d’amis venu de l’étranger pour un mariage à Cayeux.
Quelques heures après avoir quitté l’hôtel, j’ai reçu un appel du personnel m’accusant…

Un peu déçue: déjà une odeur très désagréable à l’entrée de la chambre. Puis je m’attendais à une vue sur la mer, j’ai eu une vue sur la courette technique. Ensuite, pas de mini-bar dans la chambre, pas de baignoire et…
