Hotel staff cancelled the booking by themselves and on the day of booking called me to provide a cancellation request.... that was pathetic

La Capitol's biggest USP is its location, slap bang in the middle of Panjim's commercial district, and the heritage quarter is just a 5 minute walk away. The hotel's reception is dinky and not very professional looking.…
