If you are arriving by car between 11:00 and 05:00, please call Hotel Kämp in advance. Staff will need to assist you in accessing the parking garage due to traffic restrictions. If you have booked a nonrefundable rate with a Visa Electron card, please contact the hotel to arrange prepayment with another card. The property requires that the credit card holder’s name matches the guest’s name on the booking confirmation. The property may also request a copy of passport to be sent by email before check-in. Guests are required to show photo identification and the same credit card used for booking upon check-in.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
