Kjスタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。
事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。
部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。
