Nous sommes arrivés en fin d apm pour déposer nos affaires, au moment de nous donner la chambre, la dame nous y amène et la chambre n'était pas faite, pas nettoyée, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus et…

Je n’ai jamais vu un hôtel pareil! Et pourtant j’ai voyagé. Ne vous laissez pas berner par sa jolie façade. Cet hôtel affiche 4 étoiles mais ne devrait pas en avoir une seule.
Nous n’avons pas eu les chambres réservées…

There was no breakfast, rooms not serviced, range and sink but no cutlery or dishes. Not a 4 star hotel. Should get refund.
