別府駅の目の前の立地であること。シングル素泊まりなのに早く予約すれば、大分県内にあるカプセルホテルよりも安いこと。
ユニットバスのシャワーとかのお湯が出るまで10〜15分かかる。
喫煙可能だったのに部屋に灰皿がなかった。
