Senza nessun controllo : autogestita da chi alloggia.
Nella hall sono parcheggiate diverse moto di grossa cilindrata ( personali) tipo moto officina con esalazioni annesse.

Della struttura non si salva nulla, unico lato positivo che è vicina a pochi metri dalla spiaggia.
Lati negativi del hotel:
- Pulizia insufficiente;
