ManishThe hotel is right on the Dal Lake. The rooms are excellent and very clean. Thr food quality was exvellent. The staffs and there service were exceptional.

RakeshRoom which was provided under the Expedia booking was dingy and smelly. Bathroom doesn’t even have an exhaust fan. I guess rooms booked under third party apps like expedia are being entertained as any priority.
