Jengsook방 온도와 칫솔 문제로 프론트에 전화했는데 친절하지도 않고 약간의 소리를 높여 마치 어린사람에게 혼내는 듯한 말투. 하지만 체크아웃할 때 여직원의 친절함이 기분좋게 그 호텔을 떠나게 했음.
