シャワーの出し方、お湯の出し方がわからず、最初は水しか出なかった。いろいろ試したところ、お湯は出たが、シャワーが出せなくて困ったので夜にフロントに行ったがスタッフは不在。コールすると繋がったがすぐに行けないので次の日の朝7時に対応すると言われた。24時間体制のホテルにすればよかったと思った。

The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The music and noise and announcement between 9-3 is so loud. And my bed wasn’t cleaned everyday it was only cleaned once a couple days so i don’t understand why I need to leave it…
