Fomos surpreendidos negativamente quando soubemos que nosso quarto era no subsolo, sem janela . Creio que é o tipo de informação que deveria ficar bem claro na reserva .

Eu fiz a reserva do quarto simples, é muito pequeno, o banheiro então é minúsculo, mas depois você acostuma. Se não for ficar o dia no hotel é razoável.
