I had to change the room as washbasin was leaking heavily. The other room was having shorter bathroom door due to which i suffered head injuries everytime . food & tea were ordered with a request to send tea first. But…

We had asked for credit card acceptance while checking in, they told yes avaiable but at the time of check out they refused to accept the payment by credit card and locked the gates treating us like thieves.
